Shipping policy

United States shipping only

We currently accept and ship orders only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $39 or more. The order subtotal and available shipping option shown at checkout determine eligibility.

Estimated delivery

Our current estimated standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order and address information

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact info@wooflylife.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
